this is sold by micca which would enable you to use those speakers, and a few other options to round out your experience.
If you already have speakers you could replace the full size amp with a mini amp.
A stylus upgrade for the LP60 from conical to elliptical is LP GEAR CFN3600LE $29 or with a new belt $39.
Hmm. Bit tough, though not impossible. It's a pity the TriPath stuff has been out of the market for a decade. But Micca has been doing ultrabudget integrated amplifiers for a while.
It would be nice if E1DA had released their big POWERDAC by now. But that will work. If you need to begin at bare minimum, that's your best bet. Don't worry about the 30W rating. Depending on your answers, all you may ever need is 2.
Now I need to ask you some questions:
How much Bass do you expect?
What are your main music genres?
How loud do you listen?
How much work are you willing to put on this?
How big can the speakers be?
How ugly/unorthodox will you allow your speakers to be?

I notice it has a switch for the SPDIF or USB to Digital or Analog? The back of it says Optical In, and I'm pretty sure I need Optical Out to power my speakers.
