I've got keto rash on my shins (even though I haven't been keto for a long time). I'm going to do 20 minutes on one leg, and leave the other leg untreated as a control. Hopefully I'll see improvement in a few weeks, as red light seems to be most famous for its skin repair ability.

I can feel some heat when wearing the wrap. It's a nice comfortable feeling so far. It doesn't seem to get uncomfortably warm during a 20 minute exposure.

I did my shin, stomach and back today. 20 minutes each part. After exposure, I can feel something in my body. I can't quite explain it, and I'm not sure if it's a good or bad feeling yet - but for about 20 minutes after exposure there was a new sensation for me.

My oral temps have been around 97.5 to 97.8 recently. I'll be tracking this to look for change. I also measured my belly and waist, to see if either measurement goes down in the next month.
