I’d recommend a red light therapy device > at home ipl device.

I can’t recall if this is the exact one I bought but I’d recommend this for red light therapy. From what I read up, it’s important to get panels with both 650 and 880nm range and I highly recommend a panel instead of a mask or wand as it covers more area and you can use it on other parts of the body to ease pain and tension. I really felt a difference in how quickly I felt my joints recover after a physically demanding day. As for face, I find that my acne scars recover faster when I use the panel and although I wish I used it everyday, since it takes at least 20 mins to do the treatment (when you can’t open your eyes), make sure if you buy it, you’re able to commit to that much. Also, it’s easier to get ipl services outside at an affordable price than for red light therapy.

I bought a braun pro 3 which I haven’t used but it’s slightly more expensive so I had to look into it a bit more to make sure it’s worth it. If you’re dark skinned, you want to maybe err on not getting at home ipl since they aren’t very effective on dark skin. I decided to take the risk even though I’m pretty tan because I already had ipl done at a aesthetic clinic and wanted a at home device for maintaining and to get rid of the last 90% of my hair.

We use an irradiance meter, and we have the real picture of the measurement in our Amz. Click here to see.

First, the product you linked might not powerful enough for your purpose. I can't go deeper here, but there are several factors considering when buying the product: wavelength, power, etc.

In the case of the product you linked, its power is too short and coverage is also very limited. I am afraid that it is pretty hard to see improvements from it.

I'd like to recommend two things here. First is the book: https://www.amazon.com/Ultimate-Guide-Light-Therapy-Near-Infrared/dp/1721762825/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=red+light+book&qid=1594340650&sr=8-2

If you'd like to know deeper about the area, it is worth reading the book. Detailed, it has every information you need to know.

Second is the red light therapy product: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ZCDDLDN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Compared to other major products such as Redrush and joove, it is the one of the most efficient products on the market. You would understand what I'm saying soon once you go a bit deeper into this world.

Lastly, welcome to the red light world
