I did the same thing, routing the display and usb from the basement to the second floor office. Ignore everyone who says HDMI cuts out over 50feet since they are buying cheap cables. Buy an optical HDMI cable for longer distance and you'll never have that problem (i have a 75ft 8k cable and have had zero issues since install)(https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B08D5XFKG4).

Alternatively Monoprice makes 100ft USB-C video-only cables which will fit in your conduit, but getting them to work is very, very tricky since those are fiber optic cables (USBC source has to connect directly with a USBC display without any adapters)
