This Oxo spatula frays at the edge. I use it at least twice a day and hand wash it each time. I won't use it when the edge begins to flake and fray.

Any suggestions for a rubber / non-metal spatula that doesn't have to be replaced every 9 months or so?

Or are my expectations too high?

My cookware is half non-stick surface and half stainless steel.
