An external hard drive could help as well. Just be careful about scam drives on Amazon, they are absolutely everywhere. I use this 500gb one that is currently $30, https://www.amazon.com/Portable-External-Drive-Desktop-Chromebook/dp/B07BCP3PYL/
My take is you to look for a system with a higher storage count, at least 128 GB (64 gb is going to be taken half by the OS, 14 GB for DE then you have 18 gb to play with anything else you need, like paperwork or other programs. 18 isn't much these days).
The CPU description is vague by design but is probably Intel's really-new N4500 based on the ram type and max ram listed. This CPU might not be bad for the price range, though I'm unfamiliar with Celeron lineup for gaming. If you are dead-set on buying this laptop I would suggest you get some kind of external storage for it as you probably will need it at some point: https://www.amazon.com/Portable-External-Drive-Desktop-Chromebook/dp/B07BCP3PYL
