Well it might only be me but for sleeping when my wrist hurt I use braces with these 3 metal plates because I keep waking up when I bend my wrists weirdly during sleep. (Link below to similar brace). I wear them during day too when my wrists really hurt ( Because I cant stand compression stuff when it comes to wrists). It doesnt take pain away but you cant really move your wrist either so it kind of lessens the pain for me. (Sorry for my english I'm not native). But you cant really wear them during job or school because they get in a way a lot so there's that.

I cant tell if it's really worth buying since I had both of them from when I had wrist tendon inflammation so I had it covered by insurance. But it works for me.
