This is confusing. Am I able to see if a product I want to buy will be on sale? I'm looking to buy these but don't want to buy it and then go on sale.

Jaybird Bluebuds X, they're pretty amazing. A little spendy, but totally worth it.

These are pretty popular and they have good sound quality

Here's Marques Brownlee's thoughts on them

I have jaybird bluebuds X and X2, they both work fine with controlling my Android devices. From my experience though, headphone controls, Bluetooth or wired, can be hit and miss as to whether or not they work with Android. Some brands and models work, others don't. I wish it was a lot more universal Edit: sorry, you asked for links. It really depends on what you think is "reasonably" priced. I love to listen to music a lot so I could justify spending a lot for good quality. Other's wouldn't care too much which I respect. If you want noise cancelling/over ear, I'd recommend these Polk's. If you want in ear's I'd recommend these Shure's. They're great for the price and pretty noise isolating. If those are out of you price range, check out these new Monoprice M6pro's. I just got them and they come with a bunch of extra ear tips including some ComplyFoam tips, and an extra cable without a remote. I got them for $50 the week after they came out but I guess they've been selling well to justify the increase in price.

A good headphone buying guide can be found on Head-Fi that will help you find the right type of headphones/IEM for your budget. It will even have noise canceling options too. Hope that helps!

EDIT: I just realized I didn't answer your bluetooth portion of your comment. I generally stay away from noise cancelling and bluetooth as you start to decrease on sound quality. You can compensate for that by getting some nice noise isolating earpieces to compensate for loud environments. But I totally get why some people would want them for the convenience factor. If I had to choose a pair of blueetooth headphones I'd go with these MEElectronics or some Jaybirds. I've heard great things about both.
