Tape this transmitter to the back. Would be less cumbersome https://www.amazon.com/ZIIDOO-Bluetooth-Transmitter-Receiver-Wireless/dp/B0829S6K1X/ref=mp_s_a_1_20?crid=ZZG3ULDB7OTR&keywords=bluetooth+transmitter&qid=1665892195&qu=eyJxc2MiOiI2LjEyIiwicXNhIjoiNS44MiIsInFzcCI6IjUuNTQifQ%3D%3D&sprefix=Bluetooth+tr%2Caps%2C216&sr=8-20
Are you charging and hooking it up to your aux at the same time? I think that's an issue with your phone because those two sockets are close to each other.
The thing that worked for me was to buy a Bluetooth transmitter and hook that to the aux cable and then use Bluetooth on my phone. I posted a link to what it is. Basically it turns your aux into a Bluetooth device.
