$40.. I haven't used it much but it works fine. I have no experience with other Samsung phones, since I had been using Blackberry or iPhones until my current S23+, but it works fine with the S23 series and I just use a Logitech multi-device keyboard and bluetooth mouse with it; but nearly any bluetooth keyboard/mouse or corded stuff with the dock should work fine.

Here is the keyboard I use for my S23, current gen iPad, and my Macbook Pro. https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-K380-Multi-Device-Bluetooth-Keyboard/dp/B0148NPH9I/ref=sr_1_3?crid=34P0TEB50870V&keywords=K380&qid=1684099958&sprefix=k380%2Caps%2C196&sr=8-3

My wife and I have a motorhome that we travel with a few months out of the year, I specifically switched to the Samsung so I could just use Dex on the big 55" TV in the MH living room. I use Superhuman for email and they are coming out with an Android version in a couple of months, so the upshot is - I'll really just need my Samsung, the dock, and the keyboard/mouse most of the time to keep up by my horrendous volume of business email. I'll just use the big 55" 4k TV as my "meetings and email" monitor and leave a lot more of the gear at home. By using the phone, no need to screw around with hotspots, "tethered" dataplan limits, etc.. and we'll just do the same for Netflix, etc.

Yes. It's perfect. Rendering, drawing... everything.

Id suggest adding a mini bluetooth keyboard to perform your shortcuts. It can be awkward if you're not using a table, while trying to use an attached keyboard.

With the separated bluetooth keyboard, you can lay on your stomach (floor, bed, couch... wherever), animate in your lap... really any position you feel comfortable. The Surface's touch controls don't work (a feature I wish they'd consider) so the keyboard is needed.

I use the Microsoft "Universal Mobile Keyboard" (actual name) Amazon Link but it's no longer being made. I also use this Logitec model Amazon Link it's comfortable to type on when you need it as a keyboard.

If you have any setup questions. Let me know!😁

I know you said not a combo but this is a very good non official keyboard.

Since it is multi device, you can use it for your phone too. Really love the slot on top so you can just "dock" your device, no stand needed.

I like this one too but it doesn't have the slot on top so you need a tablet stand https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0148NPH9I/ref=psdcmw_12879431_t1_B00MUTWMGY
