Any of those three would allow for both planetary and deep sky viewing. You'd use the 25mm eyepiece for deep sky viewing and the 10mm for planetary. For planetary, you should also invest in a Barlow lens to increase magnification at the cost of brightness. I use this one.
Keep in mind that, as far as deep sky goes, you won't see very vibrant and detailed images like those you see in photographs. I find this table fairly accurate in describing what you can expect to see with different equipment. As long as your expectations aren't extremely high, I think you'll still be presently surprised at the number of objects you'll be able to see.
Of the three telescopes you list, I'd go with the 10" Celestron, personally. Whatever you go with, keep in mind that the diameter is generally the most important aspect of your new telescope since a wider diameter allows for more light to be collected resulting in more detail.
