I really liked it and still use it but I'm primarily using Pure Tung Oil now. I find it's easier to work with. I use a lot of elbow grease and rub it really hard into the wood until it heats up. I let it set overnight, then rub it off vigorously. Three or four coats does nicely. Then I keep my rifles under a sun lamp in my shop. Every month or so, I add a couple more coats. Over time, my stocks turn a nice reddish/brown.
