I second Levi's 541 for a somewhat affordable option. I know my size and watch for sales on Amazon and elsewhere. Lucky Jeans has/had a cut that also worked but I found them to eventually blow out in the upper leg/ass area.
For non-jeans, I like Hylete Walk Pants. They fit great and have some stretch. They are nice enough to wear to work (business casual). Hylete seems to have discontinued them or just in between model series. Hylete has leaned more towards athleisure apparel only, IMO. They had a dress shirt that fist amazing. The V Taper design and stretch in the chest and arms is important.
Another option for non-jeans is Lee Men's Total Freedom Slim Fit Flat Front Pants, https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QH32R82/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1. I have them in multiple colors for business casual work. For suits, I get everything tailor-made.
