For the deep cavernous cabinet, I got a few medium plastic bins like this, one for First aid supplies, one for beauty supplies (hairspray, costume makeup), one for feminine products. In a kinda trashy move, I used a strip of cardboard to separate my 2 under-counter drawers each into 2 sides: medicines and makeup/headbands; dental supplies and nail supplies.

Use the free space on the wall to hang up a piece of metal, and stick on magnetic spice tins for small things like ponytailers, safety pins, bobby pins and various hair stuff, each type in its own spice tin.
