I use these for IDE-SD, along with 32 gb microcenter cards. Has worked in my retro DOS machines (p1 and p2 systems) as well as my 630. The trick with the Performa was booting from 9.1 CD and using that to partition into whatever number of HFS standard volumes, or otherwise, as you'd like. I kept the 7.x and 8.x partitions to about 1.9 gb. Also System 7.6.1 and 8.x disk setup didn't want to initialize it even though the disk was recognized.
