I have the UTK infrared jade heating pad that straps around your waist. I usually need it for lower back pain from bowel endo but have worm in front wise when I do need it there. I like how adjustable the heat is and have been using it daily for few months now. I'm not sure where you are but I got it amazon via Canadian side but it appears to be out of stock here.
