Hi - you'll rarely find DisplayPort on products marketed as "hubs". You'll need to look for a desktop class "dock" - which will likely require external power.

Also I don't think that the USB-C port on the 2080ti can support simultaneous 4K60+HDR alongside USB 3.0 - I think it can only do USB 2.0 with that video mode.

I suspect it will be simpler to just run two separate cables from the PC - one for video from the USB-C port and one for everything else. There are mechanisms to re-transmit USB 3.0 over long distances via wireless transmitter or Ethernet cables but they can be rather expensive.


edit: here is an example of a "hub" style device with DisplayPort that can operate without external power. But it is actually marketed as a "docking station" and recommended to be used with a USB-C PD power supply. It does not support 4K60+HDR - just 4K60.
