Might as well share my choices too, because they don't perfectly align with what others are sharing.
For the standard little "1ml" (Ajevie slink) vials I go with 38/357 sizing. Make sure you pick one with a mechanical hinge if you go with a flip-top, the crease hinges break REAL fast. These MTMs are my go-to since they tend to be cheap and I can color-code keep vs swap. I also have a slip-top box in the same size for taller vials since there's no height limit that way, but obviously it's less secure.
For "5ml" rollers and drams, I go with a 12/16 gauge shell box (I have the red one, 2.75"). The one I'm using has a side space without dividers that you can use to lay down bottles if you trust the seal, or for keeping dropper-top D&F samples.
For short 1ml bottles (Ajevie slonks) I use crayon boxes I picked up at Michael's for like a buck each. They look like this but DON'T buy them from Amazon, seriously just go to your local craft or office supplies shop to find them at a reasonable price. They don't have dividers so they slide around, but generally the clearance is low enough to keep them from tipping over.
