I'd get the Bluetti EB3A personally, though I do have two Jackery 290's I picked up as open box at Harbor Freight for around $210. Bluetti's LiFePo4 batteries will last 3-4x as many cycles as the LiNMC batteries of the Jackery. It does come at the cost of a heavier battery though, might or might not be worth it for you.

That connector will plug into the Airsense 11, but won't plug into the Jackery or Bluetti. You'll need a 12V DC to 24V DC converter like this and some sort of adapter like this, though I can't confirm this will work at all, the size or polarity will be up to you to ensure.

Or you could just clip the ends off of both wires and solder on the one that you want after checking polarity. CPAP reviews recently did a video or a short about this procedure.
