It's not really complicated. You need 2 video outputs on your motherboard and match them up to the ones on your monitors, so you need 2 cables all the way from the PC to the monitor. Most common ones these days are Display Port (D.Port) and HDMI. It does not matter if you plug one monitor with D.Port and the other with HDMI, so long as both are plugged into their own ports on the Graphics card (it will in the vast majority of cases not work if you plug one into the GPU and the other to the motherboard).

You don't necessarily need an adapter, there are cables with different connectors on each end, just be careful to buy the correct one as they are one directional. For example, if it says Display Port to HDMI then that means display port goes into the PC and HDMI to the monitor, not the other way around.

Here is an example of a cable: https://www.amazon.com/DisplayPort-Gold-Plated-Avacon-Display-Adapter/dp/B01FX3K7T2/ref=sr_1_6?keywords=displayport+to+hdmi+cable&qid=1686519375&sr=8-6

Here is an example of an adapter: https://www.amazon.com/DisplayPort-Adapter-Converter-Gold-Plated-Compatible/dp/B017Q8ZVWK/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=hdmi+to+displayport&qid=1686519632&sr=8-4

Again, as I said, be mindful of how it's listed. In both of my given example links the HDMI port must be on the PC side, while the display port must be on the monitor side. If you need the opposite then it would be called HDMI to Display Port like this https://gembird.com/item.aspx?id=7873 though if you have enough matching ports then you do not need adapters at all

Not sure why you need a female DisplayPort adapter, couldn’t you just use something like this?

Go for all HDMI ,easier to use and more common port.

Also, some displays may not support DP (e.g. you want to pipe one output to your TV or Projector, these usually don't come with DP ports....

Male DP to Male HDMI https://www.amazon.com/DisplayPort-Gold-Plated-Avacon-Display-Adapter/dp/B01FX3K7T2/ref=sr_1_3?crid=1COJZOP737CAG&keywords=dp+to+hdmi&qid=1688331148&sprefix=dp+to+hdmi%2Caps%2C262&sr=8-3

Male DP to Female HDMI https://www.amazon.com/Moread-DisplayPort-Gold-Plated-Converter-Compatible/dp/B07KRXWVWG/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?crid=1COJZOP737CAG&keywords=dp+to+hdmi&qid=1688331148&sprefix=dp+to+hdmi%2Caps%2C262&sr=8-2-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGY&psc=1

Also, I dont think you need a KVM switch, see your monitors have both DP and HDMI inputs. Now my monitors have 2 short cut buttons that I have programmed input 1 (DP) and Input 2 (HDMI). All input 1 have work computer, Input 2 are personal pc. So when I need to switch, I just press the relevant short cut button on the monitors. If your monitors have such a feature, then you are good.

For Mouse and KB, get a USB only KVM. https://www.amazon.com/ABLEWE-Selector-Computers-Switcher-Compatible/dp/B08MBXMZLV/ref=sr_1_5?crid=1SZZRZ97F4EE1&keywords=usb+kvm&qid=1688331544&sprefix=usb+kvm%2Caps%2C111&sr=8-5

In this method, you have to press 4 buttons when you want to change PC, but you get flexibility to display which ever PC you want on which ever screen.
