I specifically got a lithium battery UPS to (hopefully) not have to worry about the battery for many years. Expensive and not a lot of capacity, but serves my needs nicely to stay up for ~20 minutes of outage plus a safe power down via unRAID. I don't ever anticipate gemoing with lead acid for a UPS.
