There are several companies that make 7" LED headlights with oldschool glass diffusers in the front for from $150-$400 or you can go more advanced and get LED Projectors.

I am going for a stock glass diffuser look at this time with the benefit of LED brightness and lower wattage draw...whether that means a bulb upgrade or another glass fronted LED headlight.
