I’d pick a fleece or a puffer. (I made this mistake hiking the Andes).
You have a lot of shirts. I don’t think you need 3x workout shirts.
You can probably get away with 3 bras total (2 workout, 1 regular)
If you’re worried about cold then I’d suggest a lightweight base layer. They’re great to sleep in.
You can get away with 5x underwear
Consider Natrapel Picaradin wipes. They work really well.
You may want to look at solid shampoo and conditioner. Éthique has a great selection.
Instead of washing twice, I’d suggest washing 1-2 items as needed. It’s not a big burden if it’s done 1-2 items at a time. This will also allow you to take less clothes as you can rewear the washed ones.
Toiletries- make sure you decant into smaller bottles. I’ve found that 30 ml moisturizer is sufficient.
On water bottles - I find 500 ml to be insufficient for hiking. A lot of ultralight hikers just use a smart water bottle. I use a 1 liter platypus. But for hiking hut to hut you may want a real reservoir.
