Very happy with the overall quality of this light. Not too strong but should be able to cover such a small area for greens.
Definitely, that is more than enough for a UFO. Usually we recommend this model: https://www.amazon.com/UFO-Spectrum-Greenhouse-Succulents-Hydroponic/dp/B09BN9BZ1P/
This is the UFO we've been recommending lately: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B09BN9BZ1P/, has a good price and includes a dimmer
Edit: this is more suitable for 5gal builds
I'm having really good results with this: https://www.amazon.com/UFO-Spectrum-Greenhouse-Succulents-Hydroponic/dp/B09BN9BZ1P
You could probably fit the 600w version as well since you're using a trash can.
Way over kill for a five gallon bucket assuming it's 110 watts with the LEDs specified.
Take some of the claims of this light with a complete grain of salt. The "1000w" claim is BS as are the claims about the grow area. This claim that this light is good for 2.5 x 2.5 grow area claim is a fraudulent claim. That's six square feet for 110 watts input (assuming this is also not BS) for 17 watts per square foot which will give weaker and looser buds.
I generally do not recommend lights that use the "Equivalent to 1000W HPS/MH grow light" lie because if they lie about this what else are they lying about (looking at you, Mars Hydro)?
For a five gallon bucket this light may be more appropriate and will give good results. My only complaint after testing the light is the bush bearings used instead of ball bearings for the fan.
I recommend the above light for five gallon buckets only. Brutes and totes have better options.
Another good option for 5 gallon buckets are the PAR38 builds.
