You are just removing the plastic. There are 3 screws to remove. 2 behind the silver handle and one behind the black plate in the door handle. Then pop up the lock/window trim and unplug them. From there there’s the speaker to unplug. I couldn’t get it so I just left it attached. Didn’t make a difference. Then you peel back the moisture barrier. Go slow, you need to reuse it. From there- use a torx screw to remove the 3 screws on the side of door, holding the actuator in. Then pop out the rods. This part was tough..remember where they go too! You also have to loosen the window bolt to actually get it out. I took the whole thing out and had to reset the window track. Not too hard honestly just something extra. After that, replace all the rods into the new actuator (there are 3) and put it back.
