I have SKS Fatboards on my fatty and I haven't had any issues with it flapping around. I have the rear on the seat post right where it enters the frame and I made it real tight and it's been pretty solid. It'll slide around if I accidentally kick it mounting or dismounting, but it stays put pretty well otherwise.

I had one more like this and that was super flappy and fell apart pretty quickly.
